"Darn Good Seasoning" is a perfect blend of Southern style flavor and good ole Cajun spice! Not too spicy and not too salty. "Darn Good Seasoning" can be used on anything from meats, seafood, poultry, wild game, to vegetables, eggs, soups, stews, gumbo and salads. Especially good on popcorn and french fries! Use "Darn Good Seasoning" for marinating steaks or chicken. Add "Darn Good Seasoning" to flour or cornmeal and make a great batter for frying. There's no real science as to how much to use. Just sprinkle a little on, and when it tastes salty enough, its going to be "Darn Good"!
